We operate from a modern "loft" in Ventura, Ca. adjacent to the Channel
Islands, where we get first hand experience with our designs. All
Sails are hand made by Tony. He is a sailor and knows what it
takes to make things work. With over 25 years of sail making experience,
he has the experience and capabilities necessary to meet your sail
needs, with both performance and cost in mind.
All sails are built using only the finest US
made dacrons, nylons and laminates and every sail we build is custom
tailored to you and your boat. Whether you are replacing an old, tired
main or adventuring down to Mexico, you can be assured that your sail
will be the best sail you can buy.

and carefully cut with the panel layouts and construction details based
on years of hands on experience. This experience results in a top
